Refund Policy

This is the whole deal, in plain English, exactly as our support team applies it.

The Promise

Every Memocept order is covered by a 60-day money-back promise, counted from the day the carrier marks your package delivered. If you are not satisfied, for any reason you care to give or none at all, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within that window. All three packs, 2, 3, and 6 bottles, carry the identical promise.

One Fair-Use Ask

The botanicals in Memocept are studied over weeks, not days, so we ask that you give the formula a fair daily run of about 30 days before deciding. It is an ask, not a trap: requests inside 60 days are honored either way.

How to Request

Email [email protected] or call +1 (423) 641-0287 with your order number. We confirm receipt within one business day and send the return address. We may ask you to mail back your bottles, used and unused alike; the refund is never reduced because capsules are gone. Return postage is the one cost that stays with you.

Timing of Your Money

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Card networks occasionally add a couple of days before it appears on your statement.

Outside the Window

Requests past 60 days from delivery are handled case by case and are not guaranteed. Orders lost or damaged in transit are always replaced or refunded regardless of this policy; see delivery and returns.
